Many factors to consider besides watch diameter. Wrist shape (round or flat) also plays a role. Short and curved lugs combined with leather straps make Panerai wear smaller than the diameter. My wrist is only slightly bigger than yours (6 1/4) and I have what yours has. 4 full at 6:00 and 5 full at 12:00 ( plus the small links at both ends as they originally came).
