May 2, 2008 Jarrod has recently recorded with Grammy Award winning producer Randy Kohrs for his debut album coming out June 1st. Lost Higway was written by Jarrod's hero and friend Deryl Dodd. Debut Album Release Set for June 1st.
Jarrod’s self titled debut album has been given a release date of June first today. Just in time for his performance at Country Thunder USA in Waxahachie TX. The albums first single, Empty Pillow, features Texas Music great Deryl Dodd and will be released to radio in mid April.
The album is nearing completion and will feature 11 songs that Jarrod wrote or co wrote. Two of the songs that are going to be on the album were penned by Deryl Dodd. The last song is being recorded this weekend. Backing Jarrod on this one is the Grammy Award Winning Randy Kohrs and his band The Lites.
The album will be available on itunes and in hard copy at performances for now but more available as the year progresses.
